7405 FM 2722, Canyon Lake, TX 78133       Tasting Room

In February 2012, we opened our new, small tasting room here on the vineyard.  Made of stone and cedar timber gathered from the LD3 Ranch, complete with a 100-year-old clay tile roof, it captures a “Provence meets Texas Hill Country” feel.  The proprietor Lewis Dickson has spent considerable time in various French wine regions and brought his memories back to life with this project.

Four wines of varying varietals and styles are offered for a tasting fee of $20 per person, Inside Tasting Roomwaived with the purchase of three or more bottles per person.
The tasting menu often changes, depending upon what’s available.

Our goal is for visitors to have personalized and memorable tasting room experiences; to foster a personal association with this region, this place, this vineyard, this wine and the story behind it all.  With that in mind, large buses and RV’s are discouraged.  During regular tasting hours, appointments are not required.  However, groups of 10 or might might be advised to call ahead.  We are not set up to handle groups of larger than 20 people.   (see Private Tastings).

Interior of Tasting Room

Please, no smoking anywhere on the premises.
Animal lovers that we are, for a number of reasons, we do not allow pets in the tasting room, nor will they be permitted to roam about the premises outside.  We have two friendly but territorial dogs here.  We don’t want to the risk and distraction of a dog fight here.  Thank you for understanding.
